An amp buyer would not need a $1000 computer. They can get a board to
convert their PCI slot in their existing computer into 4 - USB 2.0 ports
for $15.00.

If they really wanted a new computer, they could get a no-name brand
Pentium 4 for about $400 to run the amp and any other software. Although
from a marketing standpoint, it would be a nice service for Alpha to
offer the above boards for a wholesale price to each person who
purchased their amp.
