[Amps] Diode RCA #99250-162

Hello,

I have nine RCA 99250-162 Diode packages and can't find any 
information on them using the usual sources - Google, etc.  The 
molded package is 3 1/4" long by 5/8" thick by 1" high.  They measure 
~1.5 V forward drop.  I don't have a hipot tester to find out the 
breakdown voltage.
