There is a Wayne Kerr B605 LCR meter on ebay for sell which is located in the
UK. It has a cheap price so far if anyone there is interested. These are well
made pieces of test equipment. Right now the price is at GBP 28.00. Below is
the specs I copied;
Has three built in test frequencies, 100Hz, 1kHz and 10kHz. Readout of values
in equivalent series or parallel terms.
Resistance measured to 10M ohm at 0.1% with minimum resolution 0.1m ohm.
Accuracy degrads to 1% at 100M ohm, display reads to 9900 M ohm at lower
accuracy.
Capacitance measured to 1600uF at 0.1% with minimum resolution 0.001pF.
Accuracy degrades to 1% at 100mF, display reads to 9.9F at lower accuracy.
Inductance measured to 16kH at 0.1% with minimum resolution 0.1uH. The 10kHz
frequency measures to 16H at 0.25% with resolution of 0.0001uH.
Can also display values for D and Q, and provide 2V internal or 50V external
polarisation to the test terminals.
