[Amps] More strange PS

I should have mentioned in my original post that the power supply has two 32 
MFD @ 5000 volt oil caps installed.

I have other, identical caps that I could swap in, which I will do if other 
measures fail to correct the problem.

My first step, as per advice from many, will be to change the diodes.
