Dear Hsu.  I think its great your friend has built an amp for the Chinese 
market.  Wonderful.  As a matter of fact, regarding the  copying of 
technical equipment.  At the end of World War Two we copied many German 
designs and incorporated them into our airplanes, armaments, missiles and so 
forth.  So copying isn't so bad.  We also copied electronic devices designed
