[Amps] Lead on parts for Create RC5A needed

Ive already tried over on Towertalk and got some items.
Here is what I need to finish repairing a pair of dead ones:

Output flange
Potentiomer gear, including the one on the main shaft
Bottom housing (in case the JB Weld doesnt hold the mounting bolts !)

Any part welcome
