Anyone have any first hand experience with the longevity of a the Russian GI7B tube in HF service? I converted a GSB1000 to a single GI7B unit, and it seems to make a very nice compact 450W amp. I do have a cooling enclosure and am using the large muffin fan that came with the unit, albeit slowed down some from supersonic blade speed. Thanks John K5MO _______________________________________________ Amps mailing list Amps@contesting.com http://lists.contesting.com/mailman/listinfo/amps |
