Depends who is parsing the words, Madison Avenue or
Bill Clinton, Clinton is/was the master!  :-\

Anyhow, I take "Full Duty Cycle" to be a poor choice
of words to describe a typical semi-continuous transmit
mode such as AM, CW, or data.

However, since manufacturers like to toy with words to
create the appearance of extra value it would be best
to request a written statement of the meaning in real-
world use from the manufacturer or salesman.
