man these pesky shunts. ok now should a meter shunt value have any effect on the output? i am not seeing why it should. but it is. also if i remove the shunt the cuttoff resistor blows. i feel i have a loop of some kind. i shoud be able to bypass the plate current meter all together and still have output. right??
