[Amps] Which 12V VHf Device

Thanks to all for the feedback on my original question.
 
It seems the newer Mitsubishi FETs offer better overal performance than the
older bipolars but are limited to 70W out at VHF frequencies.
 
Do any of the brain trust know of any other 12V FET's out there with higher
RF output for 2m?
