There are NO 12V final amateur transceivers that make -40dB IM3, none. Never have been, never will be. The best are at -33 to -35. As I recall, the ANAN series transceivers use a +12V PA stage. With adaptive predistortion engaged, they achieve IMD improvement a good 20 dB better than these numbers. So, it's not entirely accurate to state that there isn’t a single "+12V final" transceiver that achieves these high IMD numbers.
