As I recall, the ANAN series transceivers use a +12V PA stage.  With 
adaptive predistortion engaged, they achieve IMD improvement a good 20 dB 
better than these numbers.
So, it's not entirely accurate to state that there isn’t a single "+12V 
final" transceiver that achieves these high IMD numbers.
