[Amps] about Alpha Rf Systems

I saw a posting here  in January that Alpha Rf Systems was answering email 
again.
So I emailed sales@alpharfsystems.com on February 24  to ask if I needed an 
external fan for my 8410 amp if I want to run FT8 but limit my output to 500 
watts. But no reply.
What is going on there?
Now I am afraid to even order the fan online from them.
