The first article that Jim posted below suggests running TLW. I've been
using TLW for years, but recently when I tried to run it for something I
was doing at work, I discovered it no longer works on my Windows
computer. Anyone else run into this? Is this a Windows 10 thing?

address the placement of stubs for harmonic suppression at HF. The
first doc ran in National Contest Journal about five years ago,
correcting some less than ideal work published a year earlier, the
second is the slide deck for a talk I did at Visalia around the same
time. My work got pretty thoroughly peer reviewed.
