KLM 15/205BA Stack

I have two questions. (1) What is the "Surface Area" (in SqFt.) of the KLNM
(that's KLM) 6 El 15 M monobander? I can't find it in the assembly manual, 
nor anywhere else in print.
(2) We just put up 150' of Rohn 45. A KLM 6 El 15M and a Hy-Gain 205BAS are
to go up on a single mast ten feet apart. Which should go on top (160') and
