IARU Radiosport .CTY file

Does anyone know if there will be an up-to-date version of the IARU.CTY file
for the CT contest logging program available before the contest next week??? 
I suppose I could update the file myself, but...

(I have not been able to stay connected to the K1EA BBS long enough to leave
the preceeding question -- either my modem and/or my "rustic" rural telephone
lines make connection with Ken's CT BBS fairly difficult.)
