A pat on the back to WA0RJY for creating his list.  I like the
way that he calculated points.  It rewards those who enter the 
categories with more entries (i.e. competiton).

I think the points should be calculated by operator, regardless of 
station used.  After all, it should be operating skill and accomplishments
that any rating system tries to recognize - not just station.

So, who is going to do the W1, 2, 3 call area list?
