There is a difference between the SoundBlaster (8 bit sound, 8 bit board) and SoundBlaster Pro (8 bit sound, 16 bit ISA board) besides software. The "Pro" model can use software to set it's output level and can play Stereo WAV files, the other cannot. For N9XX: The basic 8bit board doesn't work with PED but the Pro does. 73, Bob KR2J |
