NA.CTY for Sprint

My NA.CTY file is 3 years old and badly outdated. I'd like to fix that before 
I run the phone Sprint.

Could somebody point me to a way to obtain a current version - either by a bbs 
download, or e-mail server? 

I've been using CT exclusively, but to run the Sprint, I need to reactivate an 
old NA version.
