Okay, if it is okay to sign KA1NCN while I am operating portable in California, is it okay to sign i t if I am in Alaska? I don't think that there is anything in the rules about signing prtable KL7. But what really steams me is this.... there are always a couple of guys in the WPX contest who sign something like KA1NCN/NZ1 from their home statinoon, to boot.
