The purist would argue that if you are going to abbreviate 9 to N you
should abbreviate the whole sequence, that is ENN is proper and 5NN is
not.
This would also hold for power of 1TT, which is a hybrid. ATT, used
by some Europeans is consistent.
I really don't care though, and I certainly wouldn't skip a QSO, much
less a multiplier because the op was not using my preferred CW signal
abbreviation.
