AJ7/ call sign

as far as I am concerned, any station that is portable should have the same
portable prefix as his home call. w3aa/7 is a w7 multi. aj3a/7 is a aj7.

I am not sure how the rules will cover this in the future, but they sure need
to close this loop hole.

It has been tried a long time ago by n4pn signing/wj4 or something like that,
but his concience prevented him from ever posting the log.
