Atlas 400X Refund

I received a full refund of my deposit a little over a year ago. Herb was
very understanding and the check was received within a week of talking to
him.

A friend of mine paid the full price up front about 2 years ago ---  What are
his chances of him getting anything back or even pieces of a rig?? Has anyone
been able to get through to Atlas recently??
