BOB TAIL ANTENNAS

SUBJECT: BOB TAIL ANTENNAS
I have a book by sm4can on bobtail antennas which in the back cover
talks about another book called "PRACTICAL BOBTAIL LAYOUTS".  There is
an address in Sweden to order it from, but I was wondering if this
is available in the U.S.A. ?

Are there any other references other than ON4UN's book or the ARRL
antenna hand book which has a discussion of the bobtail antenna.
