160 Challenge updates?

Hiya, folks-

I don't recall seeing anything on the reflectorecently concerning  the Stu
Perry 160 Challenge. Have there been a set of rules "finalized"yet, and
have any software logging programs added a file to allow their program to
run this contest?

I'm finally at a place where I can put up something for 160, so am looking
forward to this one.
