Noisy PC again

I put a new PC in the shack and to my dismay it is noisy.  Pulling the
switching PS apart I found that where there was silkscreened inductors
and capacitors in the main power traces there are none.

I know one of you had the same problem and fixed it.  I can put in .01
caps but didn't remember if inductors were put in.  If so where did you
get them and what value did you use.
