[CQ-Contest] Bulk QSLing post contest

As a 5 Land B's QSL sorter, spending the extra time to just pull out the
return qsl would just slow down the process of sorting.  I spend on average
6 to 8 hours a month sorting cards (This at the low of the sun spot cycle).
