[CQ-Contest] QSLO Card Programs

Does anyone know of a QSL Program that would print a simple design QSL with
the QSO info printed at the same time?  Kind of  like a QSL label program
that would do the whole QSL in one print.  I envision that this could be an
inexpensive way to QSL, if the QSL was printed on paper and then cut up.
