[CQ-Contest] FT990 EPROM

1. I would appreciate if anyone can help me to upgrade my
EPROM in FT990 from V 1.2 to a later version (above 1.3).

2. Need Drake TR7 PA transistor (SRF2337) and driver
(SRF2338).
