This is to certify that I have apparently been the only one who entered the
contest and there for win.

AA3JU fails to realize several facts:
1. *I* did not forget this contest. After all, that would be like forgetting
your own birthday (or mine at least...).
2. One of the unpublished rules (due to magazine space availability) states
that no member of any radio club headquartered in Greater Philadelphia is
eligible to win. For a fully annotated copy of the complete rules, send me
a large SASE and a lot of cash.

This is much closer to the kind of entry we want to see, and is fully
in keeping with the spirit and intent of this contest. A strong
contender for second place. Except for those damn seegars, which have
dropped him to third (so far).
