[CQ-Contest] Problems with Heil & FT1000MP

Folks,
       When connect my Heil Proset with HC4 to my FT1000MP, I get very
low output power in the transceiver, using speach processor or not, and
the rig works well with the original microphone MH-31.
Somebody has the same problem? or have the answer?
I'll be very appreciated!
