[CQ-Contest] post contest log corrections

OK, I'll play devil's advocate.

What ruling would the CQ  Contest Committee make
on a log that was WRITTEN after the contest?

Example:  an operator who wants to minimize his
energy expenditure during the contest and lays on
a cot with a keyer paddle at hand and tapes the whole
event and then transcribes the tape AFTER the contest
ends?
