[CQ-Contest] log servers on the web

Since the trip ZL9CI Campbell Island trip I've received heaps of mail
from folks interested in the web-based log server we used.  I have
made the code available on an "as is, use at your own risk" basis at

        http://www.kkn.net/~trey/zl9ci-software.html

This is the same basic code used by the logbooks for 6D2X, HC8N and
many others found on the World Wide Web.
