[CQ-Contest] Does an IT9 station need an operator for CQ WPX PH?

I will be arriving in Catania on Saturday afternoon and could be available
for some (but not all) of the rest of the weekend if I can help some one
out.

I'm not sure what the reciprocal licensing situation is.
