[CQ-Contest] Hear and be heard

Doesn't this get down to the very basics? That is how good an operator
you are... As a novice in the late 50's and early 60's this is what I
can remember as either making a contact or not putting it in my log. The
same holds true today.... Tell me what has changed? What's the gripe all
