[CQ-Contest] antenna 160

Hi everybody,

During may last contest ( WW 98 ) may antenna on 160 was a dipole. So
this antenna don't work well because it was not higt enought. So the
next contest, i will improve my system.
 I read some articles about  balloon on 160.  So anyone can say me where
can i found this hardware.
