[CQ-Contest] SS from KP4

I've heard a few slights recently about people who have
flown to KP4 to operate SS, and that brings to my
midwestern mind a simple question.

What's the ethical difference between operating SS
from KP4 and operating a DX contest from W1?

Its seems to me you can't have it both ways.
If we're going to celebrate winners, then lets do it.
