[CQ-Contest] Correction

I goofed up the URL for the Hamvention Forum schedule. The correct one is:

http://www.hamvention.org/forums.html

Thanks to an alert reader for pointing out the error. I will remove three 
URLs from my bookmark file as a penalty.

The Contest Forum will start at 9 AM, and each talk will be 30 minutes long.
