[CQ-Contest] Young Contesters (was Aging Ranks)

        Here's something that we can do.... it probably won't apply to most 
of you, but I'm sure we all know of someone who would be of benefit (such as 
myself).

        Let's (continue?) to encourage the use of the cq-contest station 
registry!! 

I have no station of my own and have used it twice now. I'll admit both times 
I tried it, the responses were negative, but it won't keep me from using it 
again.
