[CQ-Contest] Wisconsin QSO Party

Thanks to all those who got on the air and handed out a few QSOs during the
Wisconsin QSO party last weekend. I recognized a number of calls of folks I
know are on this reflector. Special thanks to the DX stations who got on.
They're not mults, but all the QSO points count.
