W4ZV is correct, the JARL format isn't all that bad. And at some point, the
JARL made available on it's web page all the information one needs in order
to "generate" something that is compliant.
Do a search on JARL, All-Asia (maybe the short form of AA), cq-contest &
perhaps VR2BG on the list archives & you'll find everything one needs to know,
including what to do if you don't use CT.
Last year, the JARL relented & accepted non-JARL format entries. I don't know
of further progress since then.
