Of course the two events have not always been the same weekend (1997 
and 1998) It is still bad form to put the "suggested operating 
frequencies" for a domestic (or North American) contest right on top 
of the only available spectrum for an international contest.  

NCJ could easily respect the IARU Region 1 and region 3 bandplans 
and post suggested operating frequencies of 7050-7070 or "7035 and 
down."
