[CQ-Contest] Caribbean Crud

P40W tells me that he's hearing a lot of crud from a radio station gone bad
or something.  He hears it on 10 - 20 and mostly 15 meters.  P40V hears this
too.  Are there any stations that operated the contest last weekend from the
Caribbean that also heard this crud or know anything about it's source?
