[CQ-Contest] .SAV File Format?

I am trying to convert a bunch of NK7U's old electronic logs into DX4WIN. I
have come across a couple of logs from 1990/91 that are in a .SAV file
format. It is a binary file format of some time. Anyone have any idea what
program might have generated this and how I might convert it to an ASCII
format of some type?
