This is an interesting question and deserves an answer. I doubt that there are any zero point QSOs intended for the contest. If /MM contacts were not permitted, it would be impossible to work some of the IARU zones since many are wholly water. However, it is not worth worrying a lot about since in the Cabrillo format, the only thing that is really important is that the logchecking software scores it right. 73, John, K4BAI. |
