No harm, no foul. This discrimination against non-ARRL Members policy is about as stupid as one can imagine. What skin is it off the ARRL to foster some goodwill amongst non-members? What would be the cost to the League to do this? How many here think that by doing so, a multitude are going to run out and join the League? The silly season has truly arrived..............
