I think there is another contest that has an arbitrary rule that restricts participation. You can't win the 10-10 contest unless you are a member of the 10-10 group...paid up to date of course. You can have a 10-10 number to exchange, and can participate...but no certificate. I was going to enter the contest that they have on Oct 10 because I thought it would be kind of cool to enter a contest in the middle of the week.
