If you had received this from just any old contester, you wouldn't cheat
for them on their behalf. Does the fact that they claim to be kids make
cheating for them any better?
The best thing to do is to explain to them why this is unacceptable and
unsportsmanlike.

The "K6" suffix is assigned to the USA. Hawaii is part of the USA. There is no
international regulation which says Hawaii stations must sign "KH6". In fact,
Hawaii was originally "K6" and California was "W6" only. Within the borders of
a country there is no international regulation how the prefixes must be
allocated.

This is a horrible practice, and we should not allow it to gain traction.
(We've even seen it in domestic tests, like ARRL Sweepstakes!) It effectively
allows a single station to consume two frequencies (or more) in bands already
saturated with contest signals, and provides an underserved advantage to a
station which considers itself "rare".
