[CQ-Contest] REALLY long contests

I'm not subscribed to the CQ-contest reflector.

The quotas for the ARRL DX 'test: you could only work 6 of a given
country. 6 JA, 6 PY, etc. As I was mostly S & P in those days, I may
have only filled a quota once or twice. 

I got my Novice license in 1955, general a year later.
