[CQ-Contest] Callsigns

Stay from single character letters at the end of the call. I had a stint as 
N9VT and it seemed most missed the last letter. VA, VN V-anything with at least 
two characters in the letter probably would have been better.

Also dont for get our old pal "X-Ray" that seems to get through on phone well.
