[CQ-Contest] UBN reports for CQWW

How do you get a UBN report now?  It does not appear that the old system of 
having a file that you accessed via the web with a password provided by 
CQWW is still in place.  I know that last year the 2001 WPX contest the 
magazine write up included an email address you could send a request to to 
get the report but I did not see anything like that in the recent CQWW SSB 
write up.  Are the UBN's still being made available?
